SUP YOGA
Take your yoga practice to the water!
SUP Yoga classes combine traditional yoga with stand-up paddleboarding by swapping your mat for a board. The added challenge of balancing on your board and adapting to the waters movement will enhance your practice.
You'll end the class with a relaxing paddle session, giving you the chance to truly enjoy the water.

FAQs
Do I need to know how to SUP before taking a class?
No, you don’t need to have experience with paddleboarding before coming along to a SUP Yoga class but it may help your confidence to come and try it before booking the yoga class.
Do I need to know yoga before taking a SUP Yoga class?
It helps, but it’s not absolutely necessary.
Will I fall in?
It is possible but we keep the poses realistic for your skill levels, but falling in is all part of the fun anyway!
What do I wear?
Wear what you would to a normal yoga class but layer up if the weather is cold. You can also hire a wetsuit for £3 if you prefer.
What happens if it rains?
We will hold out for nice weather until the last minute, but a small amount of rain will not stop the class. If the class is cancelled due to weather you will be entitled to a full refund.
