  • Greeting customers and supplying rental equipment

  • Handling bookings, payments and cancellations 

  • Ensuring all customers sign a risk acknowledgement consent form

  • Managing stand-up paddleboard sessions, including tuition and safety briefing

  • Proactively dealing with email and telephone queries, taking messages where necessary and routing to the correct staff member

  • Setting up and closing down the site 

  • Preparing and serving hot drinks

  • Maintaining the sites appearance including cleaning changing facilities

  • Assisting management with administration support

Applicant Profile

  • Passion for watersports and lake life

  • Confident talking to people of all ages and managing groups/parties

  • Ability to work as part of a small team

  • Proactive and able to think on your feet in busy periods

  • Flexible with shift patterns

Qualifications & Certifications

The following qualifications are ideal but not essential to this job role, we will help you to acquire the necessary qualifications. 

  • Enhanced Disclosure Check (DBS / PVG) Certificate 

  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children Online or Attendance Certificate
